After initially post-testing the selection of final candidates and having our
choices compared with position profiles, and corroborated by Polaris Profiles instruments,
we began using Polaris Profiles testing elements, also, in the establishment of job
description and candidate selection criteria.
We found the testing instruments to be
exceptionally reliable and helpful to search committees in profiling positions and we
began using online testing by Polaris Profiles routinely for improved objectivity in the
candidate finalist selection process. The extensive knowledge and personalized
